The restaurant has some of the tastiest salads in the city so if you want a salad as an entree you can choose from Sambal chicken with carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper with sambal vinaigrette or Ancho chicken salad with corn salsa. The Green Room is also known for its Texas short rib poutine appetizer with Dr. Pepper gravy; other decadent appetizers include quesadillas filled with mushrooms or short ribs or “three little pigs” with pork shanks, sambal and mint slaw, and sriracha wing sauce. If you’re in the mood for a burger, try the Green Room with red onion, house pickles, and cheddar cheese, or the Blacktooth which features a burger marinated in a Coca-Cola and Crown Royal reduction.
