They have two locations in Denver, and they both have salads on the menus. They are open from 7 am to 5 pm daily, so you can grab early lunch. They make their foods fresh and from scratch at both of their locations. You can also try some of their unique dishes while you are there. Curbside pickup and dine-in options are available as well.

This wood-fired grill centric restaurant has a menu that is curated with hyper-seasonal ingredients. One of the great green options is the salt roasted beet salad. Scratch Kitchen makes all its salads and bowls from scratch with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. They are also carbon neutral with compostable packaging and all organic ingredients. You can customize all your meals, including their salads, and they are very easy to order. The menus have ingredients you recognize and some hand-crafted cocktails and other local libations. They pay homage to traditional Italian cuisine while making everything uniquely Colorado. They make it their mission to embrace and celebrate all the things that make Denver unique. The Kale salad has orange Supremes, toasted sunflower seeds, shaved parmesan, and a very yummy citrus honey vinaigrette. You can add salmon or chicken to your meal at an extra fee.
