Romero’s K9 Club and Taphouse

985 S Public Rd Lafayette, CO 80026
(720) 485-5968

There are places that tolerate dogs and places that LOVE dogs. We are proud to say that Romero’s is absolutely the latter! We love that the owners are super friendly and there’s plenty to love for both your furry friends and dog owners alike! On the covered patio, there’s hooks on each table for you to leash your dog up to, or you can bring your pup to the off-leash area. The prices here are also reasonable which can sometimes feel like a rarity in Denver! If you’re a craft beer lover, you’ll be happy to find plenty of your favorite local brews on tap. However, to comply with health regulations they don’t serve food here, but you can get meals delivered or order from rotating food trucks that often come by Romero’s. Do be aware you will have to provide proof of vaccination for your pup amongst other info, but once you’ve done that once you won’t have to do it again!

On our visit, we had the Crispy Calamari, which came with Red Cabbage, coconut lime and peppadew pepper, spinach, which came with a roasted garlic-chili sauce.

It was delicious and freshly prepared with the vegetables perfectly accompanying the calamari. We also had the Fresh fettuccine pasta with a bison meatball, Parmesan cheese, basil, rainbow chard, crispy artichoke hearts, and house marinara sauce plus a few craft beers. Yum!
