The Dumpling Lady is the best spot in Charlotte for authentic Sichuan food, everything from dumplings to noodles to wontons is fresh and delicious. Getting its start as a popular food truck during the Uptown lunch hour, the Dumpling Lady now has its own stall at the Optimist Hall food court. The pork and chive or garlic and chive dumplings are fresh and savory and the dan dan noodles are mouth wateringly delicious (and very spicy!).
