Wayward Vegan Cafe serves delicious comfort food, including quinoa flavored with garlic and combined with kale and walnuts for a filling and tasty meal. Other meals on offer include purely vegan and vegetarian options such as fried faux chicken.

The Tots in a blanket burrito is a crispy tater tot potatoes which come with onions, tomatoes, creamy hollandaise sauce made from cashew nuts, and tofu scramble seasoned perfectly in a freshly baked tortilla. The meal is not only filling and tasty but is also fresh. The fettuccine alfredo is also a must-try dish, and the biscuits and pancakes are light and fluffy and gluten-free, making them a perfect breakfast option for vegetarians.

The Juicy Cafe in downtown Seattle serves flavorful, healthy lunch options. The menu includes salad bowls, smoothies, and juices designed for health cleanses and healthy drinks. The cafe also serves meat and cheese options, but there are vegetarian options. The quinoa salmon kale bowl with warm sweet potatoes and beets is one of our favorites, while the Baja cali bowl is another Mexican-based ingredient filling option.

There are vegetarian grain bowls such as rice bowls, and there are a variety of paleo, vegetarian or vegan options. The vegan substitutions for the salad and grain bowls are tofu, quinoa, avocado, and a variety of fresh vegetables.

The raw veggies and garlic mania is served with udon noodles which was an excellent flavored option. The menu is quite extensive, and with a large group, you will be able to sample a wider variety of the many meal options, such as the noodles, which come in eight varieties. The food is served hot and fresh with an attentive wait staff. The wide variety of flavorful meals makes this one of our favorite Vegetarian Restaurants in Seattle.

Cafe Flora is a delightful eatery with tasty vegetarian food. The menu is broad, with great breakfast and dinner choices. Some of the tasty meals on offer are starters such as the Flora Bakehouse Sourdough Plate, a country sourdough batard made of whole wheat and olive oil, yam fries, and seasonal soup. The vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free salads include Kale Caesar Salad, Autumn Panzanella Salad, and the Warm Kale & Farro Salad.

Some filling meals include the Flora Grain Bowl, which contains fresh ingredients such as quinoa, lentils, and brown rice with roasted vegetables and lightly fried tofu. Special mention goes to the Italian veggie burger with grilled black beans, balsamic tossed vegetables, and a potato roll.

The delicious food in Plum Bistro includes vegan mac and cheese, which has a twist as the dish is made with yeast. Other delicious fare includes the burgers, the veggie slam, and the French toast, which are flavorful. The tofu meals are made with firm tofu which is a plus, and the Bok Choy we tried was exceptionally well.

The restaurant has limited sitting space, and it can get crowded, but the wait staff is attentive, and the food comes out fast. The food is healthy and full of flavor with a comprehensive drinks menu. The healthy vegetarian and flavorful meals make this one of our beloved vegetarian Restaurants in Seattle.

Broadfork Cafe serves filling hot meals that include soup and salads such as the delicious House-made Soup, which changes from day to day and is served with a side of brown rice, millet, quinoa, and freshly baked sourdough toast. The grain bowls such as Peanut Bowl served with brown rice and millet, vegetables, peanuts, peppers, and tempeh or tofu in peanut sauce are pretty filling.

There are sandwiches and burritos with fresh vegetarian ingredients. The eatery also serves fresh juices and smoothies, all of which are made from fresh local ingredients. There are also beverages available such as tea, coffee, and kombucha.

Seattle Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant serves Vietnamese cuisine. The vegetarian menu, which is primarily vegan, is a small restaurant with freshly made food and Asian dishes such as noodles, pho, spring rolls, soups, and salads, all made with perfect seasoning.

The pho was especially delicious, with the fresh vegetables in the soup perfectly seasoned and had the right amount of crunch. The lotus root salad, curry, eggplant stone pot, the Canh Chua, and the Rice Noodle Soup, vegetables, fried tofu, ham, black mushroom, and fresh herbs were delicious well made and filling. The food is light but very filling and tasty.

This Thai vegan bar is a massive favorite with Seattle’s discerning vegan crowd. The lunch buffet is a favorite with food options such as fried rice, noodles, spring rolls, pad thai, and steamed vegetables served with toppings of tasty Thai curry and peanut sauce. If you opt for something different, there is plenty to choose from.

Appetizers such as tofu satay, Thai Tofu, and veggie tempura are served with house condiments, curries, and sauces, all made in-house with fresh ingredients. There are many dishes available, including noodle dishes, stir fry plates, and salads. The food is tasty, and the fresh ingredients make this one of the top Vegetarian restaurants in Seattle.

The Harvest Beat is a high-end vegetarian and vegan restaurant that changes its menu to suit the availability of local organic ingredients. The food is always fresh and tasty and some tasty options served include Stinging Nettle Soup and Mixed Green Salad which had nice flavors with all the fresh ingredients.

The dessert options include a chocolate cinnamon flan with a walnut brittle fig crust, Rhubarb strawberry cake with chocolate ice cream made of coconut milk, and a coconut sugar caramel glaze, all of which come with delicious vegan substitutes. They also do a wine pairing with the meals, and for beer lovers, there is a great beer menu that goes wonderfully with the food.

The ChuMinh Tofu and Vegan Deli serve vegetarian and vegan Vietnamese meals. There are buffet options, and ala carte dishes and house specials include their flavorful pho, well-spiced noodle soups, and banh mi, rice bowls, and Bahn mi sandwiches which are flavorful.

Our favorite was the pork, roasted pork, and duck Bahn sandwich with great texture and taste of sweet and sour perfectly balanced. The food is served with mango or pineapple bubble teas, coconut milk, Vietnamese coffee, smoothies, and soft drinks. The great-tasting homemade food makes this one of our top favorite vegetarian Restaurants in Seattle.
