Seattle has some beautiful views, but it’s not always about whale-watching, hiking, and walking around Pike Place. Sometimes, you just want to find a sports bar where you can settle in and eat delicious bar food while watching the game. We’ve found some of the best sports bars in Seattle for you to kick back and enjoy a good time.

The Bridge

6301 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98136
(206) 402-4606

The Bridge is a fun place to hang out whether your favorite team is playing or not. We’re in love with not only the menu but also the many activities. Shuffleboard and other games are around to stir up some friendly competition. When the games are on, plenty of TVs provide you with a great view. The menu has all of the standards like burgers and wings but also a few unique additions like cheese curds and chicken fried steak. Don’t miss out on their brunch over the weekends, too.

It’s not every day that you find an Australian pub, but we found one in Seattle. It’s home to all of the Australian games, so it’s soccer, not football as well as rugby and a few others. The menu includes some of your standard pub grub but also meat pies and sausage rolls. The outdoor patio with its many umbrella-covered picnic tables is a perfect place to spend a few hours. Plus, the cocktails always make it fun to check this pub out.

Some Random Bar

2604 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

Don’t get the wrong idea with the name of this place. We’re not sending you to just any random bar. We’re sending you to a gastropub that has a rustic vibe inside as well as on their patio. You’ll find TVs around the bar and an incredible New American menu to graze on when you’re watching the game. They’re unapologetically crass here, which is part of its charm. And you’ll see their sarcasm on their blackboard. Random eats change based on the season, though you can look forward to such things as brisket, burgers, and tacos.

Uber Tavern

7517 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103
(206) 782-2337

The Uber Tavern opens late and stays open even later. While they are closed on Sundays, you can always hang out on the other days of the week to watch games and drink beer. The environment is cozy whether you dine inside or dink on the front porch. And once you find a drink of choice, you can even order a keg to go. You’ll find plenty of delicious food to eat while you’re watching a game, whether it’s pizza, chimichangas, or even bacon mac & cheese.

Rookies Sports Bar and Grill

3820 S Ferdinand St, Seattle, WA 98118
(206) 722-0301

We love Rookies because it’s a family-friendly place that is laid back. There are dozens of TVs throughout the dining room. You’ll find plenty of beer options to choose from at the bar. Plus, the pub food is made with local ingredients. The food is addictive, and how can it not be with Stan’s Fine Chili as well as Knockout Nachos to munch on while watching the game? And on the weekends, you can even indulge in a special breakfast menu.

The Westy Sports & Spirits

7908 35th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98126
(206) 937-8977

The Westy is filled with locals, but everyone is welcome. Pub grub is served with a smile. You’ll find plenty of draft brews, including many that are local to the Seattle scene. It’s a laid-back environment where you can find countless games on the TVs. Their signature burger is generous with a double patty. We also love that they have quite the dessert menu since it’s important to have a sweet ending when your team wins (or doesn’t).

Buckley’s in Belltown

2331 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121
(206) 588-8879

While there are actually Buckley’s in two locations, we like the one in Belltown because of its convenient location and outdoor seating area. Flags from a number of sports teams fly freely around the bar, so you never have to worry about getting pushed out by a particular fan base. Brews from several local breweries are found on the menu, including IPAs and ciders. The menu is expansive, offering everything from pasta to racks of ribs. And there’s a brunch menu if you show up on the weekend.

Marco Polo Bar & Grill

5613 4th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108
(206) 762-3964

Marco Polo is a family-owned bar that has been on the scene since 1950. There’s a bit of something for everyone here, including TVs for the games, a dance floor for the wild nights, and a patio for the perfect afternoons. The western vibe is casual and laid back, and it’s definitely family-friendly. Broasted chicken is a mainstay on the menu, though, you’ll also find such hits as the patty melt and the chili burger.
