Delish Ethiopian Cuisine

Archipelago

The Archipelago restaurant is a fine-dining spot that offers, in their words, “Pacific Northwest cuisine through progressive Filipino American flavors.” This spot is run by a couple, Aaron Verzosa and Amber Manuguid and offers creative dishes that weave a rich story of the couple’s childhood in the Philippines. Visitors can only come in after making a reservation–they do get booked up very quickly–should be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Super Six

Super Six is part of six concepts by the Marination team–you may be familiar with some of their other spots as well, like the food truck Big Blue, Marination Station, and Marination ma kai. This restaurant boasts a full-stack cocktail bar, beer garden, Asian staples, and Pacific Northwest staples. Jackson’s Catfish Corner

Jackson’s Catfish Corner has a wholesome and quaint history, operating in the heart of Seattle’s Central District. The restaurant is family-run and has had a rich history of existence since 1985. Jackson’s Catfish Corner is famous for its fried catfish, Ohbama burger, and a variety of other American comfort food classics. Since the changes during the Covid-19 pandemic, the operation hours have been as follows: 11:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, and closed on Mondays.

Meskel is a Central District restaurant offering exquisite Ethiopian cuisine. The spot offers a wide variety of dishes including vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan options. The restaurant offers freshly made food that can be customized to fit your desires. Meskel has a limited operating schedule which is 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm every Tuesday to Sunday and remains closed on Mondays.
