The Italian cuisine is delicious and understated at this rustic find. A Mano offers housemade pasta and salumi. The menu is always evolving based on the seasons. Pork belly, Chicken Milanese, and grilled branzino have been some of our favorites out of chef Wentz’s kitchen.
