E3 Chophouse

1628 21st Ave S Nashville, TN 37212
(615) 301-1818

This swanky steakhouse delivers a top-notch dining experience. They have a robust seafood menu alongside the tasty steak and sides you might expect at a restaurant with “chophouse” in its name. We love entering the E3 first-floor welcome bar before heading up to the upper floors to enjoy dinner, drinks and a view from the outdoor patio. Some of the best bites here are the Cowboy Ribeye, the Lobster Bisque and the Bacon-wrapped Dates appetizer. But for larger groups, the Megalodon feeds six an eloquent seafood feast that starts with caviar and ends with Alaskan King Crab Legs.

This relaxed dining spot will get you in the mood for all things Nashville from their live music to cocktails served in mason jars. We like to order the lightly fried Pickle Chips along with a Blackberry Lime or Smoking Mule cocktail to enjoy while we wait on our Prosciutto and Arugula Pizza to share or our own Pretzel Burgers.

This family-style spot is famous for never-ending portions, so plan to come hungry and leave full. Guests here rave about Paula Dean’s tasty Best Ever Fried Chicken, but no one leaves without a dessert as they are included with every meal (and we love the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake). Meals are ordered based on the number of entrée selections your group chooses to order and since the plates are bottomless, dining here guarantees no one will leave hungry.

For a quick and delicious catfish meal, we love to stop in at Uncle Bud’s casual eatery for lunch or dinner. Unusual offerings like Frog Legs and Gator Tail are on the menu, but Uncle Bud’s also offers all-you-can-eat catfish dinners for the exceptionally hungry. You can also snag a warm bowl of Jambalaya here, and we think that is a great option on a chilly Tennessee day.

Perfect for a snack any time on their famous Bonuts, a combination of biscuits and donuts, coated with a dusting of sugar. Dining at Biscuit Love of course means you can snack on delicious treats that come with or without a biscuit. Some of our favorites are The Gerty which is served with chocolate gravy and the Lily, an apple cobbler dupe.

This German outpost is the perfect spot to raise a glass of your favorite beverage and dig into hearty, stick-to-your-ribs food like a traditional Giant Pretzel, Bavarian Onion Soup and Pork Schnitzel. The spirit of Bavaria permeates this casual but cozy restaurant with huge murals and reminders of the dining destination’s German heritage. Communal seating at long tables and hanging banners mimic the original locations in Germany, but the atmosphere here is so convivial you won’t even mind that this Bavarian Bierhaus is located inside a mall.
